Margaret Hayes started her career in the 1940s, on stage and the on thebig screen, in movies like Saboteur and The Glass Key (1942), then moved into television in the '50s and early '60s. Along with her appearance in The Blackboard Jungle, she played the ill-fated Dora Hand on The Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp, and appeared in episodes of Rawhide, Bonanza, Perry Mason, and Flipper. She retired from acting in 1964, and died of liver cancer at the age of 60.
Under her real name, Susan Cupito, Morgan Brittany was a child actress, appearing in 3 episodes of The Twilight Zone, as well as The Lloyd Bridges Show and The Andy Griffith Show, and the films Gypsy, The Birds, and Yours, Mine and Ours. In the 1970s, she joined the Ford Modeling agency, and she made dozens of TV commercials and print ads, and started acting in TV movies and various episode appearances, leading to her being cast as Katherine Wentworth, the sister of Pam Ewing, on Dallas.
